Parcels usually take 2-4 working days to arrive. This may vary depending on where you live in the U.K.

If your parcel hasn't arrived in the time frame stated you can check it's location with your tracking number which is given in your order confirmation email. If it says delivered but you are unsure of it's location, you should contact the courier before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate your parcel then you can contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Currently, we do not ship overseas.

Orders can only be shipped to the U.K.

Unfortunately, once confirmed we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer want your product you can return it as long as it meets our returns policy.

If you have entered the wrong address please contact us. Depending on whether your order has been processed or not we may be able to amend the delivery address for you.

If the order has already been processed you will need to check your tracking to see where you parcel is.

If the parcel has not yet been delivered then you can contact us to see if we can divert it. If we are unable to divert the parcel and it has has been delivered you will be responsible for retrieving it.

If you forgot to apply your discount code to your order unfortunately we cannot part refund orders once they have been processed.
